The choir's Summer Workshop is a chance to spend a fun and relaxed day singing together, ending with an informal performance in the afternoon. Throughout the day, you'll learn a selection of enjoyable songs in a variety of styles. No previous singing experience is needed - there's no audition, no requirement to read music, and you don't need to be a current choir member to take part!
There will be regular breaks during the day, including a bring-and-share lunch. At the end of the workshop, we'll head to Pill Precinct for an informal performance of the songs we've learned together.
This fun, relaxed and friendly event will be a great chance for existing choir members to get together and sing over the summer, and an opportunity for those who haven't sung with the group before to give it a try!
